Rittal is offering custom cutouts with a one week guarantee. Or you could simply provide them with a CAD file and Rittal can custom cut enclosures from stock in a matter of days.

Since the introduction of their new eCab CNC machining centre Ritall is able to respond to modifications in a matter of days. Modifications can be done in-house on these items:

* Flat parts -- doors, sidewalls, roofs, mounting panels
* Unibody enclosures -- cut-outs in the top, sides of AE, WM, KL, EB, JB uni-body welded type enclosures
* Drilling and tapping of flat copper busbar

Rittal CNC Workcentre in Mississauga

The modification functions that the eCab can perform include any type of cut-out (this includes PB holes, D-sub holes, square holes, AC and fan cut-outs) in carbon, stainless steel or fibreglass. The unit can also provide tapped holes for customers that require predrilled and tapped mounting panels.
